I had a fantastic stay at Smart Hotel Pincio. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, and the location was perfect, putting me within walking distance of major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. However, the elevator was out of service during my visit, which made getting my luggage to my room a bit challenging.
